GetLanding service is fully restored

✅ Dear users!

The network outage in the data centre of our hosting provider Hetzner (Helsinki, Finland) has been resolved. The GetLanding platform and all published landing pages are running normally again.

Incident timeline

• 23:45 — according to our own data, the system became unavailable.
• 23:50 — the time recorded in Hetzner’s official incident report.
• 00:15 — the fault was fixed and the service recovered automatically.

Total downtime was roughly 30 minutes.

What about your data

All projects, landing pages and settings are intact — the outage affected only the data centre’s network equipment and never touched your data. No action is required on your side.

🎁 Compensation

As promised, every user affected by the outage will receive points as compensation on their account balance. Compensation goes to every user who has active landing pages — 30 points for each active landing page. The points will be credited automatically within 24 hours — there is nothing you need to do.
