Visit statistics, UTM tags and the source of every lead
Your dashboard now shows how many people visit your landing page, where they come from, which ads bring visitors and which ad every lead came from. There is nothing to set up: statistics are already being collected for every published landing page, and they are free.
📊 Where to find it
- On the landing page screen — the “Statistics” button next to CRM.
- In the dashboard — the chart icon on the landing page card. The number next to it is the number of visitors over the last 7 days.
- In CRM — the “Visit statistics” link above the lead table.
📈 What it shows
- Visitors and page views for 7, 30 or 90 days. A visitor is a person; page views count how many times the page was opened.
- Leads and conversion for the same period, if the landing page has a form. Conversion is the share of visitors who left a lead.
- A daily chart: hover over a bar to see the exact numbers. The same data can be expanded as a table.
- Referrers — the websites visitors came from: Google, Instagram, Facebook and so on. Messengers, apps and bookmarks don’t pass this information, so such visits are shown as “Direct”.
- Devices — phone, tablet or computer.
🏷 UTM tags: which ads work
UTM tags are labels at the end of a link that show which ad, post or newsletter a person came from. For example:
https://your-landing/?utm_source=instagram&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=autumn_sale
- Choose the breakdown: source, source and medium, campaign, ad
(
utm_content) or keyword (utm_term). - A separate “Without UTM tags” row for everyone who didn’t come from a tagged link.
- Shares add up to 100%. If a person came both from an ad and directly on the same day, they are counted under the ad.
A tip for Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook): in the ad settings, paste this into the “URL parameters” field:
utm_source={{site_source_name}}&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign={{campaign.name}}&utm_content={{ad.name}}
Meta fills in the campaign and ad names itself, and your statistics will show exactly which ad brings people in.
🎯 The source of every lead
Every new lead now records where the person who left it came from.
- In CRM there is a new “Source” column: the ad with its tags (for
example,
facebook / cpcwith the campaign name below), the website the visitor came from, or “Direct”. Hover over the cell to see all tags and the device. - In notifications by email and Telegram — a “Source” line, so you immediately know which ad worked.
- In CSV and Excel exports — separate columns with UTM tags, the website and the device.
- In statistics, every source, campaign, ad, website and device shows its number of leads and conversion. So you can see not only which ads bring people, but which ones bring customers.
Leads sent before statistics were launched are marked “—”: we don’t know their source.
🔒 How we count
- No cookies and no IP addresses. For visit statistics we don’t set cookies for visitors and don’t store their IP addresses. One person on one device per day is one visitor. (In the leads themselves, the IP is still visible in CRM, as before.)
- Your own views are not counted when you open the landing page from the dashboard (the “Open” buttons and preview).
- Bots are filtered out: search engine crawlers and automated speed checks don’t get into the statistics.
- History starts at launch. Visits are counted from the moment we launched statistics, so there is no data for earlier months.
