Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of GetLanding: the website getlanding.online and the platform app.getlanding.online (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Rostyslav Pylypiv, a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms.

The Service

GetLanding is a landing page builder with hosting and lead management. You describe your business, and the Service prepares a landing page with copy, design, SEO metadata and a lead form. Drafts are prepared with automated tools, including AI models, so please review every page before you publish it. You can edit your pages, publish them on a getlanding.online subdomain or on your own domain, and receive form submissions in the built-in CRM.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
• Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the activity in your account.
• Keep your contact details accurate, so we can reach you about your account and payments.

Prices and payments

The Service is pay-as-you-go. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

• Customers in Ukraine pay in hryvnias. Payments top up the account balance and are accepted by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through monobank acquiring, or by bank transfer to our account.
• Customers outside Ukraine buy prepaid packs or monthly plans in US dollars. For these purchases, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle handles payment-related customer service inquiries and returns for these orders and collects the applicable sales tax or VAT.
• Monthly plans and monthly top-ups renew automatically until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect from the next billing period.
• Price changes apply only to future charges. We publish new prices on the Pricing page before they take effect.

Your balance

• Your balance, including prepaid amounts, can be used only inside the Service, to pay for actions such as creating, editing, duplicating and keeping landing pages online.
• It has no cash value, is not a payment method, cannot be transferred to another account and does not expire while your account is open.
• The sign-up bonus is free. It cannot be refunded or exchanged for money.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Published pages

Each published landing page is charged a daily fee. If your balance runs out, your published pages are switched off automatically. Your pages and data are kept, and you can publish them again after you top up.

Your content

• You keep the rights to the content you provide. To the extent we hold any rights in the pages and texts the Service prepares for you, we assign them to you.
• You give us permission to host, store, copy and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you.
• You are responsible for your pages: they must be accurate and lawful and must not infringe the rights of others.

Leads collected through your pages

Form submissions from your pages belong to you. You are responsible for collecting them lawfully, including informing your visitors about how their data is used. We process this data on your behalf and only to provide the Service.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

• publish illegal, fraudulent or misleading content, phishing pages or malware;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• impersonate people or organisations, or use a person’s likeness without their consent;
• sell or promote products or services that are illegal or prohibited by our payment providers;
• send spam, attack or overload the Service, or try to bypass its security.

We may remove content or suspend pages and accounts that break these rules. When we can, we will tell you the reason.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep the Service available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change and improve features. If we stop providing the Service, we will give reasonable notice and refund the unused paid balance.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost leads or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ending your use of the Service

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. We will notify you in the Service or by email before significant changes take effect.
