Refund Policy

This policy explains when you can get your money back for payments to GetLanding. It is part of our Terms of Service. The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Rostyslav Pylypiv.

The 14-day rule

Within 14 days of a payment, you can request a refund of the part of that payment you have not used yet:

• for a prepaid pack or a monthly plan payment, we refund the unused part of that purchase;
• for a hryvnia top-up, we refund the unspent amount of that top-up.

Amounts already spent on creating, editing, duplicating or keeping landing pages online are not refunded. Bonuses are not refunded either: the sign-up bonus and the extra amounts added by monthly plans and top-ups.

You are never charged for a failed landing page build, so there is nothing to refund in that case.

Purchases outside Ukraine

Prepaid packs and monthly plans are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle processes the refunds for them.

• To request a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, find your order at paddle.net, or contact us.
• The refund goes back to the original payment method.
• You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. It stops renewing from the next billing period, and the prepaid amount you already have stays in your account.

Payments in Ukraine

Hryvnia top-ups are accepted by card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through monobank acquiring, or by bank transfer.

• To request a refund, contact us and tell us the email of your account and the date of the payment.
• We return the money to the card or bank account it came from. We process requests within 14 days, and your bank may need a few more days to show the refund.
• You can turn off the monthly top-up at any time in your account.
• If your bank reverses a payment, the same amount is deducted from your balance.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, unless the law requires a refund or the Service could not be provided through our fault.
