Privacy Policy

This page explains how data is handled when you use the getlanding.online website (the “Site”). The Site is informational and presents the GetLanding service. The service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur R.L. Pylypiv.

What data we process

The Site itself contains no forms for collecting personal data. When you follow links to the platform, we may pass on technical referral parameters (for example, campaign UTM tags) to correctly attribute the traffic source.

Account creation, landing-page generation and lead collection take place on a separate platform, app.getlanding.online, which has its own data-processing terms.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google Ireland Limited) for visit statistics and Google Ads to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and build remarketing audiences. These tools may receive technical device and browser data, the pages you view, your referral source (including campaign UTM tags) and an approximate location derived from your IP address.

Your consent

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Until you consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set, and Google receives only anonymous signals that carry no identifiers and cannot be traced back to an individual.

The banner is shown to every visitor, regardless of location, and these cookies are enabled only after you choose “Accept”. If you choose “Reject”, they stay disabled. You can change your decision at any time using the methods described below.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page and the banner will reappear so you can change your decision. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not shared with third parties. You can also disable Google Analytics across all websites with the official Google add-on, or clear cookies in your browser settings.

Data transfers

Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States, on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and its participation in the Data Privacy Framework. Retention periods are governed by the Google Analytics settings. See the Google Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party services

The Site may load fonts and other resources from third-party services (for example, Google Fonts). Such services may receive technical data (including your IP address) in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your data, its correction or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Visitors from the EEA and the United Kingdom have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in their country.
