The network outage in the data centre of our hosting provider Hetzner (Helsinki, Finland) has been resolved. The GetLanding platform and all published landing pages are running normally again.

Incident timeline

23:45 — according to our own data, the system became unavailable.
23:50 — the time recorded in Hetzner’s official incident report.
00:15 — the fault was fixed and the service recovered automatically.

Total downtime was roughly 30 minutes.

On 29 July at 23:50 Kyiv time, a major network outage occurred in the data centre of our hosting provider Hetzner (Helsinki, Finland). It affected many internet services, GetLanding among them.

What this means for you

The platform and published landing pages may be temporarily unavailable or behave unreliably.
All your data, projects and settings are completely safe — the outage affects only network equipment.
Once the fault is resolved, the service will recover automatically; no action is required on your side.

🎁 Compensation

We value your time and trust, so every user affected by the outage will receive points as compensation on their account balance. They will be credited automatically within 24 hours after the service is fully restored — there is nothing you need to do.

🤝 Transfer a landing page to another user

You can now hand a finished landing page over to someone else — a client or a colleague, for example. Just enter the recipient’s email: they will receive a message with a link and can accept the landing page into their own account. Once confirmed, the landing page fully belongs to the new owner, and the daily point charges come out of their balance.
